WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?

Delivery is usually within 4-6 working days and the shipping cost is £20 for orders worth less than 140£. Shipping is free for all orders worth more than 140£.

The products are delivered by the courier DHL from Monday to Friday during office hours. Dispatches and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

Always choose an address where someone is available to collect the package. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a reception, please also indicate the name of the office or of the contact person.

On this site returns are free.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES?

You will be contacted to check if the courier should make a further delivery attempt or leave your package at a pickup point. If the order will not be delivered or picked up at the pickup point, after a few days the package will return to our warehouse.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden United Kingdom and United States. Please check below any exceptions.

In order to see product details, such as prices and available sizes, and in order to complete the purchase, choose the proper Delivery Country (if listed). If the country you want your order to be delivered to is not present, we invite you to sign up to our newsletter to remain updated in case it is added.

ARE THERE ADDRESSES THAT YOU CANNOT DELIVER TO?

We cannot deliver to post office boxes or "hold mail" services.
We do not deliver in the following areas:

HOW CAN I CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS?

In the order confirmation email there is the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the package in real time on the DHL website.

If you are a registered user, you can follow your order directly from the "My Orders" section.
