WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?

Shipping is always free for purchases made using a credit card or PayPal and it is usually within 4-6 working days.

The products are delivered by the courier UPS from Monday to Friday during office hours. Dispatches and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
Always choose an address where someone is available to collect the package. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a reception, please also indicate the name of the office or of the contact person.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES?

The courier will leave a note with contact details. You can contact UPS to find out if a further attempt at delivery will be made or if the order will be deposited at a collection point (access point).
Otherwise, after a few days the package will be sent back to our warehouse.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We currently ship to: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States. Please check below any exceptions.

In order to see product details, such as prices and available sizes, and in order to complete the purchase, choose the proper Delivery Country (if listed). If the country you want your order to be delivered to is not present, we invite you to sign up to our newsletter to remain updated in case it is added.

ARE THERE ADDRESSES THAT YOU CANNOT DELIVER TO?

We cannot deliver to post office boxes or "hold mail" services.
We do not deliver in the following areas:

HOW CAN I CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS?

In the order confirmation email there is the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the package in real time on the UPS website. In case that the tracking number does not work, you will also have a link that will allow you to access the UPS website and thus follow your shipment.
